Apply to wet hair. Rinse hair thoroughly and apply Natural Essentials INURVEDA KAPHA BALANCING SHAMPOO through out hair and work into a lather and massage hair from scalp to ends of hair. Rinse thoroughly and repeat until hair is clean. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES, RINSE THEM IMMEDIATELY.
