Bridgette Jordan-Williams was born and raised in the sunshine state of California. As a child, she was fascinated by the beauty of fashion and hair. Throughout her teenage years, that fascination grew into a great passion and the dream continued. After high school, she studied to be a Cosmetologist. She has been licensed for 32 years. As an acclaimed professional she is also a devoted wife and mother. Caring for a family of her own fuels her nurturing communal spirit to thrive and help others.

Throughout her career, she's had great mentors and influencers, but Bridgette continues to innovate and inspire. Early on she knew she wanted to grow and brand herself as a "household" name & be a great leader for those behind her in the industry. She knew the skills and business mindset she had were the essential tools needed to start a business in great communities like Gardena, California and surrounding cities.

Bridgette Jordan-Williams founded Simply Flawless Hair Salon in Gardena, Ca over 22 years ago, With the core values of helping people in the community, embodying professionalism, providing impeccable services and integrity/quality in every service & product offered.

Over the years Bridgette has serviced thousands of men, women, and children. One of her specialities is hair extension application (And the various techniques) and custom wig/installation design. Actually this service was the initial spark that lead her to begin researching and continuing her professional education and development in the field of hair loss. As quite a few of her hair extension - wig installation clients wanted to either transition from extensions to wearing their natural hair - She found herself educating these clients on the lack of proper at-home maintenance in between salon visits that they had not been doing…. Such as properly cleansing their scalp and hair, properly conditioning and adding moisture to their natural hair underneath the extensions. All of which are common mistakes that women who wear extensions long-term make and contribute to slow and lack of hair-growth. Therefore - In order to help her clients achieve the goal of wearing their natural hair with confidence - She had to bring their hair back to health. Some of these clients had seen dermatologists that recommended that they take a break from hair extensions and also prescribed pharmaceutical grade topical hair growth aids - While other clients started experimenting with over the counter drug-store solutions. She's had the opportunity to connect with people from different ethnicities all-the-while by educating them, empowering them to explore new things and helping people look and feel good. Her greatest joy is assisting clients to achieve hair growth through healthy hair, one head, one client at a time.
